Part Time Office Administrative & Bookkeeping Assistant
Structural Engineering Firm seeks part-time Office Assistant With flexible hours.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
-General Administrative and Secretarial Duties such as data entry, filing, organizing, printing, photocopying, handling some phone calls and emails with other miscellaneous office tasks.
-Billing & Bookkeeping Support: Generate invoices & enter monthly transactions in QuickBooks, process and follow through on payments from clients and other projects.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, prior knowledge of QuickBooks and AutoCAD is a plus.
This position is ideal for a responsible, mature and motivated individual with office management and bookkeeping skills seeking long-term employment. Must be quick to learn, self-starter, motivated with strong work ethic and the ability to maintain total confidentiality.
